What about replacement parts like eartips and diaphragms?
Medical device companies just love making money out of disposable and
replaceable parts. Until further notice, we'd rather just send
them to you free when you need them, as long as you don't take
unfair advantage of us. The benefit to us is that we get to chat with
you when you call, so we can learn about your experience with our
products. |
Wha's the product Warranty?
One year guarantee against manufacturing defects. Contact us via our
website, and we will give you instructions on where to send the product
for repair or replacement. |
